Orders can be returned within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, the goods cannot be refunded or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and show no signs of wear or damage.

How to return an item:

1) Fill out the return form that you received with your order. If you don't have it, you can download a new form here. Please print the form and fill in the details of your order and the item you are returning.

2) Pack the item securely and make sure the return form is included.

3) Print the DHL return label using this link. In the reference field, please enter your invoice or order number.

4) Kalas will cover the shipping costs for the return. Bring your package to the nearest DHL collection point

5) Returns will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

In the unlikely eventuality that you experience a problem with our clothing as a result of a mistake or fault of ours please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to resolve the issue at the earliest convenience.


The very nature of custom wear means each and every product is highly personalised. Consequently we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if you order incorrect sizes.
