Terms and conditions for using the gift voucher

1. The value indicated on the gift voucher will be deducted from the price of the purchase in the online shop at www.kalas.cc
2. The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. The value of the gift voucher must be redeemed with a single purchase.
3. Where goods have been purchased via the redemption of a gift voucher, you may be refunded, either in the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, or of a legitimate complaint, by means of a replacement gift voucher or the creation of adequate credit for the purchase of other goods.
4. The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase, after this period the gift voucher becomes invalid.
5. The gift voucher can only be used to pay for purchases made in the online shop at www.kalas.cc
6. By purchasing a gift voucher you agree to the terms and conditions for the use of the gift voucher.
7. The gift voucher cannot be replaced in case of loss.
